This duplex of 50 m² is located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, in the Santa Catalina neighbourhood, one of the most dynamic and vibrant areas of the city.
Its location is ideal for those who come to Palma for work, studies or temporary stays and wish to enjoy an authentic urban environment, with restaurants, shops and all kinds of services just a few steps away.
Despite being in a lively area, the property is located on a very narrow and traffic-free street, which guarantees tranquillity. Very close by are the Santa Catalina market, the Maritime Promenade and Sa Feixina park, perfect for walking, doing sports or disconnecting.
✨ Housing Distribution
Ground floor: fully equipped American kitchen, one full bathroom with shower, living area with sofa, TV and dining area for four people.
First floor: main bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and another Smart TV on the wall.
Attic: additional single bed, accessible from the bedroom.
The property has internet (wifi), air conditioning and heating via heat pump.
Optionally, there is the possibility of a parking space in a nearby building (subject to availability, 16 €/night).
⚡ Electrical Consumption
200 kWh/month are included in the rent. In the event of exceeding them, it will be deducted from the deposit according to the current tariff.

Just consider the stairs because they are steep and very tall steps. If you’re tall there are a couple of places you can hit your head on.

Absolutely loved the sailor house. It was such a huge part of what made this trip so special. The location was absolutely amazing in the heart of Palma with some of the best local bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as beautiful architecsee more
Absolutely loved the sailor house. It was such a huge part of what made this trip so special. The location was absolutely amazing in the heart of Palma with some of the best local bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as beautiful architecture and walkable streets and shops. The location was perfect as it was central to anywhere and close to the train station if you want to go to the north of the island. The sailor house was nestled in a little street that made you feel like a local. And it was so comfortable and absolutely perfect for my group. We had plenty of space and everything was just phenomenal. So clean and comfortable. If you’re on the fence about booking this trip, I cannot emphasize enough how perfect and memorable it was. A trip that I will forever cherish and that’s a huge part because of how memorable the sailor house made it. The host was so incredibly kind and responsive and we felt so safe and well taken care of. Hope to be able to go back soon! Thank you!!

Extremely responsive host, mostly communicated through Whats App once communication established. They send photos to help you with the check in process, which was done without a host present. Apartment is two floors with a third loft on the second flsee more
Extremely responsive host, mostly communicated through Whats App once communication established. They send photos to help you with the check in process, which was done without a host present. Apartment is two floors with a third loft on the second floor. Heat works well. Stairs are somewhat steep so be careful during the evening when using the bathroom. Sheets and towels were made and everything clean. Microwave and oven present. When we got in the circuit breaker for the power was off so we had to turn it on but that was pretty easy to figure out. Shower stays warm for a while but never gets super hot. Bed got the job done and the location is extremely nice. 15 minute walk to the Catedral and about 35 minutes to the Bellver Castle. 5 minute walk to the A1 bus to and from the airport (cash only $5 per way).

Die Lage ist direkt bei Bars und Restaurants, Leute die gerne mit offenem Fenster schlafen könnte es etwas zu laut sein. Ansonsten zu Fuß alles gut zu erreichen. Leider etwas zu teuer, da es wenig Aussicht gibt und für große Menschen etwas gewöhnungssee more
