Este dúplex de 50 m² se encuentra en pleno corazón de Palma de Mallorca, en el barrio de Santa Catalina, una de las zonas más dinámicas y con mejor ambiente de la ciudad.
Su ubicación es ideal para quienes vienen a Palma por trabajo, estudios o estancias temporales y desean disfrutar de un entorno urbano auténtico, con restaurantes, comercios y todo tipo de servicios a pocos pasos.
A pesar de estar en una zona animada, la vivienda se encuentra en una calle muy estrecha y sin tráfico, lo que garantiza tranquilidad. Muy cerca se encuentran el mercado de Santa Catalina, el Paseo Marítimo y el parque de Sa Feixina, perfectos para pasear, hacer deporte o desconectar.

Planta baja: cocina americana totalmente equipada, un baño completo con ducha, zona de estar con sofá, TV y comedor para cuatro personas.
Primera planta: dormitorio principal con cama doble, armario y otra Smart TV en la pared.
Altillo: cama individual adicional, accesible desde el dormitorio.
La vivienda dispone de internet (wifi), aire acondicionado y calefacción por bomba de calor.

Absolutely loved the sailor house. It was such a huge part of what made this trip so special. The location was absolutely amazing in the heart of Palma with some of the best local bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as beautiful architecture and walkable streets and shops. The location was perfect as it was central to anywhere and close to the train station if you want to go to the north of the island. The sailor house was nestled in a little street that made you feel like a local. And it was so comfortable and absolutely perfect for my group. We had plenty of space and everything was just phenomenal. So clean and comfortable. If you’re on the fence about booking this trip, I cannot emphasize enough how perfect and memorable it was. A trip that I will forever cherish and that’s a huge part because of how memorable the sailor house made it. The host was so incredibly kind and responsive and we felt so safe and well taken care of. Hope to be able to go back soon! Thank you!!

Apartment is two floors with a third loft on the second floor. Heat works well. Stairs are somewhat steep so be careful during the evening when using the bathroom. Sheets and towels were made and everything clean. Microwave and oven present. When we got in the circuit breaker for the power was off so we had to turn it on but that was pretty easy to figure out. Shower stays warm for a while but never gets super hot. Bed got the job done and the location is extremely nice. 15 minute walk to the Catedral and about 35 minutes to the Bellver Castle. 5 minute walk to the A1 bus to and from the airport (cash only $5 per way).
