In the case of receiving complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the accommodation regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
Note: To access the property by car, it is essential to request an ACIRE circulation permit. We will give you the instructions when you make the reservation. We recommend that you park it in one of the nearby car parks, since the area is regulated parking.
