Moli37 (Número de registro turístico ETV/9707) es una impresionante casa de vacaciones en el barrio de Santa Catalina, ubicada en el centro de Palma de Mallorca con vistas impresionantes del puerto. La casa cuenta con una hermosa terraza en la azotea, ideal para disfrutar del soleado clima de la isla y de las vistas de la Bahía de Palma. Tenga en cuenta que se encuentra en un animado distrito de vida nocturna.
La propiedad tiene tres plantas:
Planta baja: Sala de estar con Smart TV, cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de diseño y agua tratada por ósmosis, zona de lavandería y aseo.
Segunda planta: Dormitorio con balcón y cuarto de ducha.
Planta superior: Terraza en la azotea con vistas panorámicas.
Renovada en enero de 2023, la casa está bien equipada para la comodidad, incluyendo dos unidades de aire acondicionado (calor/frío).

En 2025, la construcción a lo largo del paseo marítimo puede causar ruido ocasional.
Barrio de Santa Catalina: Conocido por su animado ambiente, Santa Catalina ofrece mercados, excelente gastronomía, calles coloridas y una animada vida nocturna. Es el lugar perfecto para explorar el encanto de Palma.
Normas:
- No se permite fumar dentro de la casa (solo se permite en la terraza; se aplicarán sanciones).
- Mantener la propiedad limpia y ordenada.
- No hacer ruido excesivo, música alta o fiestas. Las infracciones pueden resultar en el desalojo sin reembolso y la retención del depósito.
Notas:
Se requiere un permiso de circulación ACIRE para el acceso en coche (se proporcionarán instrucciones después de la reserva). Se recomiendan los aparcamientos cercanos.

La casa è molto carina, disposta su tre piani con la terrazza che vede la baia di Mallorca. La zona è un po' rumorosa la sera perchè vicino ad una discoteca, ma l'agenzia fornisce i tappi alle orecchie, molto utili. Non c'e' parcheggio, ma si può parver más

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und es gab im Apartment alles, was man brauchte. Durch die Klimaanlagen waren die Räume schön gekühlt. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum privaten Sonnen ein. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen aus allen Räumen war ein Traum und die Umgebung mit den kleinen Gassen und der Windmühle ist wunderschön. Zu Fuß sind Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, würde immer wieder dort einchecken. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Great location, and good value for our four-day stay. Very clean on arrival. The design of the house is very modern and attractive. The kitchen is well equipped. The property has plenty of storage for your clothes. The heating/air conditioner unit was easy to use, with separate remote controls for each floor. Also, wi-fi worked well. The rooftop is gorgeous, and a great place to sit with some wine and watch the ships sailing in the distance. The rooftop also has a clothesline in case you want to do some laundry. One minor issue– the bed was not quite firm enough for us, but others may find it ok.

It is true that you can hear the noises of bar-goers right outside of your bedroom in the middle of the night after they've gone out of the nearby bar, so if you are sensitive to these noises, the host has provided lots of earplugs. But really, just drink some wonderful wine and close all windows and doors before you go to bed, and you won't hear anything. The only things that will make this place over and beyond magnificent are a safety deposit box and heated toilet seats. Other than that... this is perfection.

Die Lage des Hauses ist (eigentlich) unschlagbar und das absolute Highlight! Es liegt in erster Reihe zum Hafen im quasi in sich geschlossenen Viertel El Jonquet am Rand von Santa Catalina. Innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten Fußweg gibt es unzählige Restauraver más

Der Blick vom Balkon oder von der Dachterrasse auf den Hafen ist atemberaubend und wird nicht langweilig. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, es hat an nichts gefehlt, inklusive zweier Sonnenliegen auf dem Dach, die Mitte März bei kühlem Wind aber nicht zum Einsatz kamen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist eher modern und hat einen angenehmen Style. Es gehen viele Nachbarn mit ihren Hunden spazieren und man kommt, wenn man am Abend mit einem Glas Wein vor der Tür sitzt und den Hafen bestaunt, schnell in Gespräche mit wirklich sehr netten Menschen.
