A twenty-minute drive from Ibiza town, Cala Salada is one of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches. Cala Salada Deluxe’s stunning modern design delivers comfortable accommodation over three impressive floors, with sunny terraces and cool water on every level. From the rooftop jacuzzi, through the mid-level terrace’s infinity pool, to the architectural ground-floor 15m pool, Cala Salada Deluxe is full of surprises.
Approached over the wooden footbridge of the lower-level 15m x 4m swimming pool, you’re met with sun-drenched loungers and green planting. Exterior steps up to the upper terraces reveal a tempting infinity pool with stunning sea views. The large terrace by this pool is a wonderful entertaining space; loungers and beanbags line the poolside, lounger seating shelters under the shady terrace, and an al-fresco dining table, seating twelve, is a wonderful place to enjoy the heady Ibizan sunsets.
Beyond the terrace, the forested hillsides make way for the glittering blue Mediterranean Sea – a blue horizon of Ibizan promise. Elsewhere, sunny terraces are home to a ping-pong table and private chill-out spaces. Perhaps the best, accessed via the master suite on the top floor, is the jacuzzi with sparkling sea views.
Inside, polished cement floors and white walls lend a minimalist style to the living areas and five double, en-suite bedrooms.
The 90m2 living room, with two large sofas, and satellite TV, is augmented by other smaller seating areas and is open-plan to the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. Light floods through the huge sliding doors and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout these spacious, open-plan living areas.
The minimalist style and generous room sizes continue through each of the six double bedrooms. All have king-size beds (which can be split into twins for extra versatility) and large en-suite bathrooms. The master enjoys a private terrace, while two others share a terrace.
