Description
This magnificent villa is located in the best residential area of Roda de Bara - Roc de Sant Gaieta, just 5 minutes walking from the beautiful beach and the village - museum.
Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and flowers, with a large swimming pool to enjoy swimming and playing.
The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, the kitchen is very well equipped.
All the bedrooms are located on the same ground floor, which allows the elderly can be very comfortable during their holidays. Upstairs there is a reading room with the exit to a beautiful terrace , where you can rest, make a siesta or read.
The decoration of the house is typical Mediterranean, with many works of art, carefully selected to provide to the house a cozy and comfortable ambiance. The house is very well maintained and it is in perfect condition.
The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk away.
There are many restaurants and bars around. In the small port of Roda de Bara you can rent jet skis and boats for fishing.
Distance to Port Aventura and new Ferrari Land is 20 minutes by car.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€500) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.

El Jardín esta muy bien cuidado, es muy grande y agradable ideal para tomar el sol y que los niños jueguen , tiene zona de sombra , La piscina también está muy bien,muy caliente y con diferentes alturas, la zona es tranquila para descansar, la casa esee more
