With a marked architectural value, this villa offers its guests a unique experience, in which serenity, natural light and contemporary design combine harmoniously.
Enjoy its infinity pool with sea views and the spacious south-facing windows, from which you can contemplate unforgettable sunsets over the Mediterranean.

The property has capacity for up to 8 people and features 4 double en-suite bedrooms, all with individual air conditioning.
It also has an unheated outdoor jacuzzi, a T-shaped swimming pool (unheated), lounge, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, garage, fireplace, underfloor heating, garden, barbecue, a small room with some gym equipment and library.
Minimalist design ensures a comfortable and sophisticated stay, where simplicity meets refined taste without limits. Each space has been conceived to preserve privacy and symmetry.
The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and distinguished. The nearest beach is just a 20-minute walk away, descending the cliffs—a journey that rewards you with an incomparable landscape—.
The property is located 20 minutes by car from Palma and 10 minutes from the airport.

The two main bedrooms share a spacious en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and panoramic sea views, as well as a private balcony of generous proportions.
The third en suite bedroom also offers sea views, whilst the fourth bedroom overlooks the private garden.
All rooms feature high-quality mattresses, towels and premium bedding.
The main lounge has a 42" television with Apple TV, Sonos sound system, two sofas and a central table.
The living room, furnished with comfortable armchairs, wooden coffee tables and a fireplace, invites relaxation during the cooler evenings.
The library, equipped with a carefully selected collection of books and a desk, is ideal for reading or working in a serene environment.
The dining room offers a table with capacity for 10 diners and is fully equipped with crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils.
These spaces —library, living room, lounge and dining room— share the same open space, subtly delimited to create differentiated environments, all with impressive sea views.
The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances (Nespresso coffee maker, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, amongst others), facilitates a complete culinary experience.
Adjoining it is a service room intended for the storage of food and wines.
The electronic blind system allows you to regulate the entry of light and ventilation, whilst the fireplace and underfloor heating create a cosy atmosphere during winter.
In summer, the sea breeze naturally cools the interiors when the windows are opened.
∞ Infinity pool
The swimming pool is divided into two levels: an upper area with a jacuzzi and a lower T-shaped pool, surrounded by a wooden terrace with sun loungers.
Water flows from the upper level to the lower level, creating a cascading effect that brings calm and serenity to the surroundings.
🚗 🚲 Parking and mobility
The property has space for 3 vehicles: one in the garage and two within the grounds.
Additionally, the garage offers extra space for motorcycles and/or bicycles.
Street parking is safe, provided you do not park on the pavement.
ℹ️ Additional information
For security reasons, it is recommended to close all blinds when leaving or during the night. A general button, located next to the main door, allows you to lower them all simultaneously. Outside the villa there are two security cameras and inside there are two in the living room and one at the entrance, they only record when the alarm is connected. The alarm is connected from a remote control that is hung on the stairs leading to the upper floor.
No additional services are offered (chef, nanny, tutors, etc.), although guests are free to hire third parties.
In case of electrical overload, the main switches are located in the garage, to the right of the wooden door.
No umbrellas are available; it is suggested to enjoy the sun and views from the pool or with floats.
Some areas, such as the swimming pool or stairs, do not have protective barriers for design reasons, and the flooring can be slippery when wet. For this reason, the stay of children under 12 years of age is not recommended, except under the responsibility of their parents.
