The property has capacity for up to 8 people and has 4 double en suite bedrooms, all with individual air conditioning.
It also features an unheated outdoor jacuzzi, T-shaped pool (unheated), lounge, sitting room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, garage, fireplace, underfloor heating, garden, barbecue, a small room with some gym equipment and library.

The minimalist design guarantees a comfortable and sophisticated stay, where simplicity is combined with impeccable taste. Each space has been designed to preserve privacy and symmetry.

The neighbourhood is peaceful, safe and distinguished. The nearest beach is just a 20-minute walk away, descending the cliffs—a route that rewards you with an incomparable landscape—.
The property is located 20 minutes by car from Palma and 10 minutes from the airport.

The two main bedrooms share a spacious en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and panoramic sea views, as well as a private balcony of generous proportions.

The third en suite bedroom also offers sea views, whilst the fourth bedroom overlooks the private garden.
All bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses, premium towels and bed linen.

The main living room has a 42" television with Apple TV, Sonos sound system, two sofas and a central table.

The sitting room, furnished with comfortable armchairs, wooden coffee tables and a fireplace, invites relaxation during cooler evenings.
The library, equipped with a carefully curated selection of books and a desk, is ideal for reading or working in a serene environment.

The dining room offers a table with capacity for 10 guests and is fully equipped with crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils.
These spaces —library, sitting room, living room and dining room— share the same open space, subtly divided to create differentiated areas, all with impressive sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (Nespresso coffee maker, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, amongst others), facilitating a complete culinary experience.
Adjacent to it is a service room intended for food and wine storage.

The electronic blind system allows you to regulate light entry and ventilation, whilst the fireplace and underfloor heating create a welcoming atmosphere during winter.
In summer, the sea breeze naturally cools the interiors when you open the windows.

🏊‍♀️ Infinity pool

The pool is divided into two levels: an upper area with a hot tub and a lower T-shaped pool, surrounded by a wooden terrace with sun loungers.

Water flows from the upper level to the lower level, creating a waterfall effect that brings calm and serenity to the surroundings.

🧖‍♀️ Sauna

The property has a private sauna together with a small fitness area, available as an extra service for a supplement of 50 € per day of use. This amount must be paid before arrival. During check-in, our staff will explain how to use it correctly and safely.

🚗 🚲 Parking and mobility

The property has space for 3 vehicles: one in the garage and two within the grounds.
Additionally, the garage offers extra space for motorcycles and/or bicycles.
Street parking is safe, provided you do not park on the pavement.

ℹ️ Additional information

For security reasons, it is recommended to close all blinds when leaving or during the night. A general button, located next to the main door, allows you to lower them all simultaneously. Outside the villa there are two security cameras and inside there are two in the living room and one at the entrance, they only record when the alarm is connected. The alarm is activated using a remote control that is hung on the staircase leading to the upper floor.

No additional services are offered (chef, nanny, tutors, etc.), although guests are free to hire third parties.
In case of electrical overload, the main switches are located in the garage, to the right of the wooden door.
No umbrellas are available; it is suggested to enjoy the sun and views from the pool or with floats.

Some areas, such as the pool or stairs, do not have protective fencing for design reasons, and the flooring can be slippery when wet. For this reason, stays with children under 12 years old are not recommended, except under parental responsibility.

- Every Friday morning, our maintenance team will visit the property to carry out routine garden and pool maintenance tasks.

- Check-in from 8:00 PM will have an additional cost of €50 and from 10:00 PM, €100, after midnight (00:00), €150, which will be paid in cash upon arrival.

📌 House rules

Keep the property tidy and clean during your stay.
Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins or collection points before checking out.
Use air conditioning and heating responsibly; switch off when not in the villa.
Noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
