Description
This beautiful villa, Can Sion, is located in Esporles, a charming town situated in one of the valleys of the Tramuntana Mountain Range, about 15 km northwest of the capital, Palma, and the airport. The landscape of the municipality is known for its extensive pine forests, ideal for shaded walks, cycle tourism and mountain excursions.

The property is located on an 8,000 m² estate and has 180 m² built, distributed across three buildings. The land has two levels:
On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
On the second floor there is a large dining room with a spacious table, kitchen and pantry, a bedroom with three single beds, a second bathroom, a room with a washing machine and a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool.
The exterior features spacious gardens full of trees and plants, as well as ideal areas to enjoy the outdoors with family.
The villa is located 3 km from the centre of Esporles, where there is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...
House rules:
It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property. In case of non-compliance, a penalty will be applied.
Please maintain order and cleanliness within the villa.
Guests must take responsibility for the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the designated containers or collection points before check-out.
Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not in the villa.
It is strictly forbidden to make any excessive noise, loud music or parties! If complaints are received about disturbances or inappropriate behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to evict all guests immediately, regardless of the time and without any refund. In addition, the deposit will be withheld.

Just as last year we enjoyed our vacation to the max at this breathtaking location. The view to the mountains from the pool is highly addictive ) The little town of Esporles nearby is also very cozy with many locals gathering in the evenings. As thersee more

As there is only two bedrooms and one bathroom the place is perfect for a family (rather than many friends) Best, Caroline
