Villa Cas Cosinet is an old seventeenth-century winery that has been restored and converted into a beautiful 400 m² property featuring a spacious layout with 6 bedrooms, a swimming pool and an extensive 1,000 m² garden. Tourist licence number: **ETV/543**.

Housing distribution (400 m²):

On the ground floor we find an entrance hall that leads to a spacious living room connected to the dining room and an independent kitchen. All these rooms have direct access to the garden, allowing you to enjoy views of the swimming pool and the natural surroundings. On this same floor there are three bedrooms:

The property's garden is very spacious and is divided into four distinct zones. In the area providing access to the dwelling, we find a space beneath a large grapevine that provides shade and coolness, as well as an area with an outdoor table ideal for enjoying meals in the open air.

In the pool area there are sun loungers on both sides for sunbathing and relaxing. The property also has a barbecue area and a porch with sofas and an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners or simply relaxing in the garden.

Explore the weekly market: Every Thursday morning, the weekly market takes place in the main square of Consell, offering a variety of local products, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, olives and handmade crafts. This is a great opportunity to experience local culture and try some of the delicious local products.

Hiking: Consell is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, which offer some beautiful hiking routes with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

- Use heating/air conditioning responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.

- It is not permitted to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you wish to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
