The interior is equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump to maintain an ideal temperature at any time of the year. The kitchen, completely independent, is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.

Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or disruptive behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to immediately expel all guests, at any time of day or night, without any right to reimbursement, and furthermore proceeding to retain the deposit.
