Amazing rustic finca with private pool and garden near Puerto de Andratx up to 6 people.
The house is divided in two floors, in the lowest floor you can find the common areas, such as the living room and the kitchen. On the upper floor, there are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with one double bed plus two singles. Also there is one bathroom.
In the outside of the finca, you can relax in the pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and the orchard with vegetables and fruit trees. The pool, terrace, garden, parking, one bathroom and chill area just in front of the house. It is a very peaceful area so you will enjoy your stay in a fantastic place.

This beautiful finca is located just 2 km from the Port of Andraxt. It belongs to the municipal area of Andratx, a town located in the extreme southwest of Mallorca, next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Puerto de Andratx you will find everything you could need, such as supermarkets (Eroski, Veritas and La Lonja Fish Market), kiosk with international press, also countless bars and restaurants, as well as cocktail bars by the sea. One of the best golf courses in Mallorca is the Golf Andratx, only 6 km from the house.
Port d'Andratx, considered one of the most beautiful ports in the Mediterranean. It still maintains a traditional fishing tradition (which caters to the restaurants of the port) but in the same way is considered one of the most elegant places in Mallorca. Popular for the wonderful sunset that can be enjoyed on any terrace, also in summer is often frequented by international celebrities.
Hire a car or take a taxi from the airport.

– Gastronomic Experience – The owner of the house is an amazing chef and she would love to offer you some typical “mallorquin” dishes for a reasonable price. It’s upon request. More details during the check-in.
– Touristic Tax: 2€/person/night to be paid upon arrival.
Check-In Time: usually from 15:00, but flexible.
Check-Out: before 10:00 (If there is another booking for the same day)
*Your Welcome Host speaks properly: Spanish, german and english.
*Check-in from 21:00 have an small fee of 50€. To be paid in cash upon arrival.

The whole family enjoyed playing in the pool. Joan was also very helpful and attentive and dealt with any queries we had straight away. We would happily go back to this villa.

Authentic, well-maintained and quiet countryside villa/finca with beautiful views across the valley, located close to both Port d'Andratx and Andratx and at reasonable driving distance from Palma. Plenty of good restaurants within 5-10 minutes driving. Comfortable private pool area with BBQ and separate toilet and shower located nearby. Very friendly hosts and professional agency supporting smooth arrival, service requests and departure. Specific requests relating to the presence of our 3-months old daughter were quickly picked up and dealt with.

The location is fantastic. Mountain views all around and only 5 minutes outside of beautiful Port Andraxt. Spacious and private pool area picking up the sun from morning until almost sunset. Well planted garden with lots of different varieties of plants. Plenty of Lizards and the sound of crickets during the evening.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse über das abendlich beleuchtete Port Andratx bis zum Meer ist unbezahlbar. Das Bad im Haus ist etwas klein, jedoch gibt es außerhalb noch eins, dass sehr praktisch ist, wenn man am Pool und draußen ist. Wir haben nur das Außenbad benutzt. Der Pool ist toll und sehr groß, außenherum ist es wunderbar ruhig. Toll zum Abschalten. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist klasse. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und Basics wie Spül- und Waschmittel, Salz, Öl und Pfeffer sind da. Und Joan ist einfach toll! Der Kontakt per Whats App und auch persönlich hat hervorragend geklappt! Er ist sehr nett, äußerst unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Nochmal ein dickes Dankeschön an Dich! Ein toller Urlaub, vor allem die Lage zwischen Andratx und Port Andratx ist toll. Man ist in einer halben Stunde gemütlich bis zum Hafen gelaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
