Beautiful recently renovated semi-detached house, located on the second line of the Calafell beach. The house has an exceptional location, 1 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the promenade area where all the restaurants and shops are located.
It is distributed on two floors:
On the ground floor there is a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and exit to the two exterior terraces, opposite each other on each side of the house. One of the terraces has a barbecue, a dining table and direct access to the communal area.
The communal area has natural grass and two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children. It also has a garden area with trees to rest and relax.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms: two of them have double beds, one room with a bunk bed and the fourth room with 2 single beds pushed together. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on the upper floor.
It has a private underground garage for one car, although all services are nearby, the car is not necessary.
The house is fully equipped. It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV in the dining room, a kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances and the bathrooms have towels and a hairdryer.
Nearby there are supermarkets and the train station at 500m. On the promenade there are facilities for children: parks on the sand, inflatables, etc.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€300) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
