Conditions:

Minimum contract of 1 month that can be extended by the tenant, giving one month's notice.

1 month as damage deposit to be paid on the day of signing.

All included on price: Electricity, water and internet.

Extra weekly cleaning: 50€ + VAT/week

No pets.
