Accommodation classified as "Interior Tourism". The one bedroom apartment is newly decorated. Capacity for up to 2 Adults + 2 Kids until 14 years old (master bedroom with a double bed and sofabed on the living). It's located on the third floor without lift.

Fully equiped and stylish living place, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. Fully equiped kitchen with wash machine and dish washer. One completely bathroom.

No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city atractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born.

“Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art.

-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.

-Please respect the shared areas of the building: stairs and hall, being silent and keeping them clean.

-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the house whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
