First Floor: Bright living room with sofa bed, TV and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home.
Upper Floor: Cosy master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower.
Available extras: If you are travelling with a baby, we can install a cot for only €10/day (requires a request at least 48 hours in advance).

50 m from Plaza Raimnundo Clar, full of all kinds of trendy restaurants and bars.
300 m from a bus stop.
1 km from the Ca'n Pere Antoni sandy beach and the Plaça d'Espanya Intermodal Station.
A short 5-10 minute walk to the main attractions such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor and Passeig d'es Born.

Garage Access: We recommend small or medium-sized vehicles, as the street is somewhat narrow.
Deposit: A deposit of €250 will be withheld during the stay.
Car Access: The area has restricted access for residents. We will take care of obtaining the necessary authorization after your booking.

Ubicación inmejorable, tener parking literalmente dentro de casa no tiene precio. El piso es guapísimo, muy acogedor y se percibe enseguida como hogar. La cama muy firme y cómoda. Hay secadora de ropa y lavavajillas para que las vacaciones sepan aún see more
