Description
Ses Alzines apartment is a beautiful holiday apartment with sea views, located in an ideal environment almost on the first line of the Costa de los Pinos. It consists of two bedrooms, can accommodate four people and has a large terrace where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. It is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, a full bathroom and a very bright open living room; Also the several small balconies give a feeling of spaciousness.
The accommodation of about 80 m² is tastefully furnished and is very bright, with views of the sea and the mountains. It also has a wonderful terrace of about 80m2 with hammocks, outdoor shower and beautiful views of the sea.
In winter you can enjoy a fireplace to keep warm, and in summer the air conditioning (in the living room) and the two ceiling fans (in the bedrooms) to cool the atmosphere in the bedrooms.
The property is connected to WiFi and has three televisions, one in the living room and another two in each bedroom. The apartment has for those who want it, a surveillance camera for babies.
Description of the environment
Ses Alzines is an hour's drive from the airport, and if you opt for the car rental option you will find a private outdoor car park to park your car. If you choose public transport, it would be a trip of about 2 hours, with two different buses. However, once there you have all the facilities to enjoy a splendid vacation without having to travel. In fact, you will find a supermarket just 200m away.
If you are looking for tranquility and peace, this is the right place, surrounded by nature, pine trees and overlooking the sea, it is the ideal place for those who want to get away from places with a large tourist influx. The place is also ideal for families, and enjoy the variety of beaches and coves that are around. At 100 meters there is a sandy beach and at 500m another rocky one. Also at a gastronomic level you can taste all the variety of restaurants in the area either on foot or by car.
For golf lovers, only 100 m separate the property from the Son Servera golf course.
You also have other attractions such as the Rafael Nadal Academy and its museum if you wish to visit it. Located about 25km from the property.

Location agréable où l’on se sent chez soi. Ce qui la rend unique c’est qu’elle est plongé dans la verdure des pins qui l’entourent et qui en plus de leur beauté, procurent de l’ombre. Plage magnifique et peu fréquentée à 5 minutes à pied. Supérette see more
Location agréable où l’on se sent chez soi. Ce qui la rend unique c’est qu’elle est plongé dans la verdure des pins qui l’entourent et qui en plus de leur beauté, procurent de l’ombre. Plage magnifique et peu fréquentée à 5 minutes à pied. Supérette à 10 minutes à pied. La rue devant l’immeuble est assez passante (du moins l’été), mais on s’y est habituée vite en fermant les fenêtres.

Das Apartment ist total neu und sehr geschmackvoll mit sehr viel Stauraum eingerichtet, es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, in jedem Zimmer einen Fernseher, alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Betten und Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Aber am schönsten sinsee more

Die Betten und Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Aber am schönsten sind die 4 !!! Terrassen, der Ausblick einfach traumhaft. Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in Gehweite, ebenso ein ganz netter Sandstrand.
