The new penthouse, located on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator, consists of a spacious living room, a separate equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed.
From the living room there is an access to a spacious terrace with panoramic mountain views. The terrace has a  dining table and sun loungers for relaxing, as well as sun awnings.
The living room two sofa beds, one individual and one double.  There is Internet wifi. There is air conditioning in the living room and the ceiling fan in the bedroom.
The apartment is located in the center of Calafell, the entire infrastructure within walking distance. To the beach 100m. There is a free parking within 200m of the apartment, crossing under the railway, and a blue area within 50m of the apartment.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€200) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
